Service Agreement

By ordering an analysis from AstroCompass, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides astrological interpretations for personal insight and self-discovery.

Nature of Service

• Astrological analyses are for entertainment and personal insight purposes.
• We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
• Analyses are based on astrological traditions and interpretations.
• Results are subjective and open to personal interpretation.

Order Process

• Payment is required in full before analysis begins.
• Analyses are delivered within 7-10 working days via email. During periods when demand is high, we’ll contact you with a date when you’ll receive your analysis.
• Your birth time is crucial for creating an accurate analysis. If you don't know the exact time, please provide your best estimate. While we can work with approximate times, knowing the precise moment of birth allows us to provide the most detailed and accurate insights.

Intellectual Property

All analyses, written content, and materials provided by AstroCompass remain our intellectual property. Personal analyses are for your individual use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Refund Policy

• Due to the personalised nature of our service, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• If you provide incorrect birth information, we can offer an additional chart for a fee which will be determined at the time of correction.

Limitation of Liability

AstroCompass and its astrologers are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on astrological analyses. Users take full responsibility for their interpretation and application of the information provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey, Channel Islands.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
